Getting to Hunter’s Friend is easy. We are located at the end of the Indian Point peninsula, about 3 miles past Silver Dollar City.
Directions to our resorts and the marina
From Springfield, Missouri:
- Take Hwy 65 South toward Branson.
- Take Hwy 465 (right) – Ozark Mtn. High Road. (Trust us, you will thank us for this tip.)
- At stop sign, turn right onto Hwy 465 – Ozark Mtn. High Road.
- Follow Hwy 465 (Ozark Mtn. High Road) until you reach Hwy 76.
- Turn left onto Hwy 76 West (towards Branson West).
- Follow Hwy 76 West to the second stop light (Indian Point Road).
- At Indian Point Road, take a left.
- Follow Indian Point Road about 3 miles.
- Our resort is located on the left-hand side of the road. From Harrison, Arkansas: (We advise you to use the same directions listed above as it will get you here quicker and with less turns. But if you want the scenic route, continue reading)
- Take Hwy 65 North toward Branson.
- South of Branson watch for Hwy 265 turn-off.
- Take Hwy 265 North. (This will be a left turn off Hwy 65.)
- Follow Hwy 265 to Hwy 165.
- Take a left onto Hwy 165 North. (Hwy 265 and Hwy 165 join together to head west at this point.)
- Follow Hwy 165 across Table Rock Dam.
- At the stop light, take a left.
- Follow Hwy 265 North to Hwy 76, take a left.
- Follow Hwy 76 West to the first stop light (Indian Point Road).
- At Indian Point Road, take a left.
- Follow Indian Point Road about 3 miles.
