We can help to allay your concerns. We have been managing condos here at Hunter’s Friend Resort for the past 11 years with a 100% success rate.
We have finished in the top 5 of TripAdvisor for the past 7 years and it is critically important to us to offer a quality product to our customers that is accurately described. For this reason alone, we will always ensure that your rental property meets our stringent requirements before turning it over to a guest for nightly rent. It is for this reason and this reason alone that we only rent condos here on Indian Point and nowhere else. If a customer has a problem no matter the time – day or night – we are there to handle it immediately.
Our clients receive detailed accounting on every transaction and booking all the way down to the invoices of basic supplies. Minor repairs are handled by our staff at no charge to you, allowing you to simply relax and collect the revenue.
We have no restrictions on the amount or time that a condo owner can reserve and use their private condo. (You are charged a basic cleaning fee by our company but nothing else beyond that)

While it is certainly possible to rent your condo on your own, consider the following: What will you do when your customer’s air stops working? What options can you give your customer if the toilet line is leaking? What can you do when your customer is complaining about the guests upstairs being too loud. dog barking, smoke detector chirping?
We deal with all of these scenarios at least once a year. Because we live and work here, we are on top of any problems day or night. The end goal is to make sure your customer (and ours) has a quality experience. A great time ensures they will also tell all of their friends and family about the wonderful place they stayed at.
We take care of marketing
With 11 years in the books this means we have served 10s of 1,000s of customers over the years. Each year averages more than 70% repeat business and we have room to expand. When you become a partner in our rental pool, you immediately become part of the networking we have established over the years.
We will be honest with you in all aspects of your rental detailing carefully the points we think will generate more revenue for your condo. It is up to you whether to act upon our advice or not. In the end, it simply comes down to us trying to bring more business to your investment.
Each check run will contain very detailed accounting of all expenses and rental stays. We are very open with our records and want you to feel at ease knowing we are 100% above board.

Reasonable Partnership Agreements
Our terms are fairly liberal when it comes to the length of the agreement between our 2 parties. We want both sides to be happy in the arrangement and will work with the owner in any way we can. If at anytime either party wants to terminate the contract, we will do everything we can to assist in accomplishing this without harm to existing reservations.
