These are some of the services we do not cover. Painting inside or outside the unit. Electric work. Landscaping, inside or outside decoration, carpet or rug cleaning, construction, renovation. Major repairs such as A/C, hot water heater, appliances, plumbing. We work with professional companies to work on these issues or obtain your permission to replace broken items. We feel this is the best interest of both vacation rental owner and Hunter’s Friend to avoid any unintentional mistakes.

WHY WE CHARGE MORE?

Since we are a full service property management company along with a resort business, we are not just limited to popular online sites to fullfill your vacation rental home. Most of our business comes from direct and repeat business which ensures high quality guests who will treat your STR like their own home. We do not charge separately for our various services. Our property management fee covers marketing, reservations, booking fees, service calls, cleaning, repair and maintenance, deep cleaning, receiving and setting up items you purchase and ship.
